PalengkePal Return & Refund Policy
At PalengkePal, we prioritize customer satisfaction and fresh, high-quality products. Below is our return and refund policy:
Eligibility for Returns/Refunds:
- Items eligible for return/refund must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Only damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items are eligible for returns or refunds.
- Perishable items are not eligible for returns after 24 hours due to their nature.
Refund Process:

- Include photos of the damaged/spoiled items for evaluation.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 1-2 days via agreed mode of payment.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Fresh produce that has been accepted upon delivery.
- Items not stored or handled properly after delivery.
- Changes in personal preference once the item has been delivered as described.
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be cancelled until 8:30 PM for next-day delivery.
- After the cutoff time, cancellations will not be allowed as products are ordered and prepared fresh.
Delivery Issues:
If we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen issues with product availability, we will issue a refund or offer a replacement at your request.
